PUNO is the yarn for lovers of cozy wool!

Puno yarn is primarily made of baby alpaca (68%), blended with 10% merino wool and 22% synthetic fibers that form a fine mesh into which the baby alpaca and merino wool are woven. All these components are RAS and RWS certified, and all the wool used in Gepard products comes from mulesing-free farms.

This special manufacturing method produces a voluminous yet lightweight yarn, with a yardage approximately double that of a traditional spun yarn.

Puno is very easy to knit with, both for beginners and for those who are only comfortable with light, elastic yarns. It is an extremely soft yarn to the touch.
