📦 Delivengo service — standard rate (Europe, no signature)
Delivengo is an economical postal service from La Poste, without signature upon delivery, ideal for small parcels. The delivery time is 4 to 6 days depending on the destination.

ℹ️ Glossary: Colissimo, Delivengo, Pickup, signature…
Colissimo — La Poste's tracked parcel service, available with or without signature. It is our standard solution, with full tracking and compensation in the event of loss.
Delivengo — La Poste's economical postal service for small parcels, without signature upon delivery. The parcel is delivered directly to the mailbox if the size allows. Rate by weight, ideal for small orders.
Pickup point / Pickup — A network of local businesses (newsagents, grocery stores, florists, etc.) where your parcel awaits you. You can collect it at your convenience for 3 to 14 days, upon presentation of a piece of identification; please be sure to check the collection period.
Delivery with signature — The delivery person requires your signature upon delivery of the parcel. This guarantees secure delivery and the possibility of recourse in the event of a dispute.
Delivery without signature — A more economical option. The parcel is left in the mailbox or at the door. In the event of a dispute with the carrier, recourse options are limited.
