📦 Delivengo Service — standard rates (Europe, no signature)
Delivengo is an economical postal service by La Poste, with no signature required on delivery, ideal for small parcels. Delivery takes 4 to 6 days depending on the destination.
Flat rate for: Germany, Belgium, Spain (mainland), Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal (mainland)

ℹ️ Glossary: Colissimo, Delivengo, Pickup, signature…
Colissimo — La Poste's tracked parcel service, available with or without signature. This is our standard solution, with full tracking and compensation in the event of loss.
Delivengo — La Poste's economical postal service for small parcels, with no signature required on delivery. The parcel is left in the letterbox if size allows. Weight-based pricing, ideal for small orders.
Collection Point / Pickup — A network of local shops (newsagents, grocery stores, florists…) where your parcel is held for collection. You can pick it up at your convenience within 10 to 14 days, upon presentation of a valid ID.
Delivery with signature — The courier requires your signature upon delivery. This guarantees secure handover and recourse in case of a dispute (parcel lost, marked as delivered when not received, etc.). This is the option we recommend.
Delivery without signature — A more economical option. The parcel is left in the letterbox or at the door. In the event of a dispute with the carrier, options for recourse are limited.
