Sandnes Garn correction: the sleeves are worked in moss stitch, not ribbing
Roomy, cosy V-neck cardigan, knitted with 1 strand of Ballerina Chunky Mohair + 1 strand of Kos: a light, airy combination that grows quickly on the needles. It fastens with 3 buttons. 3.5 and 5 mm needles – tension: 15 stitches = 10 cm.
The cardigan is worked with European shoulders: you begin with the back, then pick up stitches along the shoulders for the fronts, shaping the V-neck. The sleeves are picked up around the armholes and worked in moss stitch. Finish with the hem ribbing and the button bands. The body and sleeve lengths can be adjusted as you wish.
The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
