Order preparation and shipping
Laine et Tricot undertakes to dispatch ordered items within 24 to 48 hours (once payment has been validated) from Monday to Friday; no dispatches on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that during peak periods (October to January), orders may take 24 to 72 hours longer to be dispatched.
You will then receive an e-mail confirming shipment and the carrier's tracking number.
Delivery times then depend on the Post Office, Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD indicated below by country.
