Product Description and Size Guide

Children’s Setesdal jumper with a modern fit and the traditional pattern: knitted top-down in Babyull Lanett, without “lus” (version 4A), or bottom-up in Tynn Peer Gynt, with or without “lus”, the small scattered dots (version 4B). 3 mm needles, plus 2.5 mm for version 4B – tension: 27 stitches = 10 cm.

Version 4A: the back is worked first, back and forth following the chart, then the left and right fronts, which are joined into one piece; the back and front are then joined and worked in the round. The sleeves and neckband are picked up and knitted last. Version 4B: the body is worked in the round from the hem, then the back and front are finished separately back and forth; the shoulders are joined, the sleeves are knitted separately and sewn in, and the neckband is picked up and knitted. The body and sleeve lengths can be adjusted as you wish.

The amount of yarn is based on the measurements shown. Allow extra yarn for a longer garment.
